Turn up the fun at your next get-together with our amazing Mini Cheeseburger Cups. An easy-to-make variation on traditional sliders, Mini Cheeseburger Cups have all the great flavors you'd expect: onions, ketchup, mustard, KRAFT Singles and relish.

You'll need:

Kraft Singles American Cheese Slices 12 oz Package (16 Slices)

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. lean ground beef

1 cup chopped onions

3/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup, divided

3 Tbsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard, divided

8 KRAFT Singles, divided

1 pkg. (12 oz.) Hawaiian sweet rolls

3 Tbsp. HEINZ Sweet Relish

Prepare using ground turkey.

You can instead prepare this recipe using a regular muffin pan and 5 Singles, and substituting 6 hamburger buns for the Hawaiian rolls. Separate bun halves; press, cut sides up, onto bottom and up sides of 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray. Tear 2 Singles into small pieces; stir into meat mixture as directed. Spoon into bread shells. Cut each of the remaining Singles into 4 pieces each; place over meat mixture. Bake and serve as directed. Makes 12 servings.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown meat with onions in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Add 1/2 cup ketchup and 2 Tbsp. mustard; mix well. Cook 2 min., stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  3. Tear 2 Singles into small pieces. Add to meat mixture; mix well. Cut each of the remaining Singles into 4 pieces each.
  4. Cut rolls horizontally in half. Press 1 roll half, cut side up, onto bottom and up side of each of 24 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Spoon meat mixture evenly into bread shells; top each with Singles piece.
  6. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until Singles are melted.
  7. Drizzle with remaining ketchup and mustard; top with relish.
