Cheesy Beef Ramen

You'll need:

Kraft Singles American Cheese Slices 12 oz Package (16 Slices)

INGREDIENTS:

1 can (14.5 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth

1 pkg. (3 oz.) ramen noodle soup mix, any flavor

2 eggs

2 KRAFT Singles

1 green onion, thinly sliced

Prepare using fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Bring broth to boil in small saucepan. Add Noodles; stir into hot broth. Cook as directed on package. Discard Seasoning Packet.
  2. Heat heavy medium nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Slip eggs, 1 at a time, into skillet, leaving space between eggs. Cook 2 min. on each side or until whites and yolks are set. Remove from heat.
  3. Ladle soup into 2 serving bowls; top with Singles, eggs and onions.
