Whisk eggs and chilies until blended. Cook in medium skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 3 min. or until set, stirring occasionally.
Top each tortilla evenly with ham, Singles, egg mixture and salsa.
Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
