Brown meat with garlic in large skillet; drain. Return to skillet. Stir in water. Bring to boil. Add pasta; stir. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min. or just until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in tomato sauce and seasoning; simmer 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Add Parmesan and Singles; cook 5 min. or until Singles are melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
Top with mozzarella. Remove from heat. Let stand 2 min. or until melted.
