Stack 3 turkey slices and 1 Singles; roll up tightly. Repeat with remaining turkey slices and Singles.
Sprinkle jicama with seasoning.
Pack 2 turkey roll-ups and 1/4 each of the jicama, peppers, apples and oranges in each of 4 airtight containers. Add juice pouches.
Refrigerate until ready to pack in a cooler before heading out the door.
