Tomato-Chipotle Pasta

Need to serve eight in 30 minutes? To the rescue: this simple but very flavorful pasta with tomato-chipotle sauce.

You'll need:

Kraft Singles American Cheese Slices 12 oz Package (16 Slices)

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg. (1 lb.) spaghetti, uncooked

2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

1 large onion, chopped

1 large green pepper, chopped

1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham, chopped

2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce

6 KRAFT Singles, cut into strips

Spice up your menu with this low-calorie, low-fat main dish. Eating right never tasted so good.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and green peppers; cook and stir 5 min. Stir in ham, chipotle peppers and garlic; cook and stir 3 min. Add tomato sauce; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl. Add 3/4 of the sauce mixture and Singles; mix lightly until Singles are melted. Top with remaining sauce.
