Add boiling water to gelatin mix iin medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour into blender. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups; add to blender. Blend 30 sec. or until smooth.
Add COOL WHIP; blend well.
Pour into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate 20 min. or until firm.
Top each serving with 1/4 cup cut-up fruit to match your JELL-O flavor. For instance, serve sliced fresh strawberries with strawberry JELL-O.
