Enjoy these adults-only piña colada pops! Perfect for a hot summer day, or when you're just in the mood for a frozen treat, these Frosty Piña Colada Pops are super easy.
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1/2 cup ice cubes
Let's Make It
1
Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in rum and coconut extract.
2
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough ice to reserved pineapple juice to measure 3/4 cup. Add to gelatin mixture; stir until slightly thickened. Remove and discard any unmelted ice.
3
Refrigerate gelatin 15 min. or until slightly thickened. Stir in drained pineapple. Pour into 6 (5-oz.) paper or plastic cups. Freeze 1 hour.
4
Insert wooden pop stick into gelatin mixture in center of each cup. Freeze an additional 3 hours or until pops are firm. Remove pops from freezer about 5 min. before serving; let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Peel off paper cups before serving.
