Combine sugar and dry pudding mix in large bowl. Add peanut butter; mix well. Gradually add whole milk, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in evaporated milk and vanilla.
Pour into ice cream maker. Prepare following manufacturer's directions.
Serve topped with your favorite variety of melted BAKER'S Chocolate.
