Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Spoon into pastry bag fitted with plain tip. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Microwave chocolate and COOL WHIP in medium bowl 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 1 min.
Heat oil in large saucepan to 375ºF. Add biscuits, in batches; cook 2-1/2 to 3 min. or until golden brown, turning after 1-1/2 min. Drain on paper towels. Transfer to wire rack; cool 5 min.
Insert tip of filled pastry bag into side of each fried biscuit to fill with pudding. Dip tops of biscuits into chocolate mixture. Return, dipped sides up, to wire rack; let stand until firm.
Prepare using your favorite flavor of JELL-O Instant Pudding.
