8 kiwis, peeled, cut crosswise in half
1/4 tsp. coconut extract or almond extract

Cut thin slice off rounded bottom of each kiwi half; scoop out centers, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. Discard removed centers or reserve for snacking.

Mix pudding and extract; spoon into kiwi shells just before serving.
