Kitchen Tips
Tip 1
Size Wise
Enjoy your favorite foods while keeping portion size in mind.
Tip 2
Special Extra
Garnish with fresh raspberries and additional fresh peach slices just before serving.
Tip 3
How to Soften Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped packages of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 20 sec. or just until softened.
Tip 4
How to Store Chocolate
When stored incorrectly, chocolate can "bloom," resulting in a graying of the surface color of the chocolate. This is due to the cocoa butter in the chocolate migrating to the surface. To prevent blooming, store chocolate in a cool, dry place below 75°F, but not in the refrigerator. If your chocolate does bloom, it is still okay to use, especially in baked applications when its appearance will melt away.
