Meanwhile, mix dressing and mustard; spread onto cut sides of rolls, then spread with remaining barbecue sauce.
Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Fill rolls with meat, cheese and tomatoes.
Substitute 4 quick-cooking minute steaks for the sirloin steak and reduce the cooking time to 2 min. on each side or until done. Since the steaks are so thin, there's no need to slice them before adding them to the rolls.
