Reserve 1 Tbsp. cookie crumbs. Mix butter and remaining cookie crumbs; press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.

Microwave chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. 30 sec. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add cream cheese, half the marshmallow creme, pudding mix and milk; beat with mixer until blended. Spoon onto crust.

Mix remaining marshmallow creme and COOL WHIP with whisk until blended. Spread over chocolate layer in crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate 2 hours.
