Melt chocolate according to instructions on package. Pour melted chocolate into a plastic squeeze bottle. Outline flower shapes onto a piece of wax paper. Immediately, place a candy coated chocolate on the center of the flower and sprinkle with sanding sugar. Set aside to harden for 2 hours.

Insert toothpick into water and then into the side of a marshmallow, halfway up. Wiggle toothpick around to widen hole. Remove toothpick and insert paper straw. Repeat for all 12 pops.

Melt chocolate again. Squeeze a medium size dot onto center of marshmallow. Attach flower right on top of it. Repeat for all pops. Set aside for chocolate to set completely before picking up pops.
