Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Remove cookie crust from pan; place on plate. Cover with pudding mixture just before serving; top with fruit and marshmallows.
Prepare as directed, using other fruits, such as blueberries, navel orange sections, blueberries peeled kiwi slices and/or seedless grapes.
If a pizza pan is not available, trace a 12-inch circle on parchment paper or foil. Spread cookie dough evenly onto circle. Place on baking sheet. Bake as directed.
