Thread chicken onto 6 skewers alternately with vegetables; place in shallow dish. Prepare dressing as directed on package; pour over kabobs.
Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, turning occasionally.
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.
Grill kabobs 10 to 12 min. or until chicken is done, turning occasionally.
Use Your Broiler
Place marinated kabobs on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 10 to 12 min. or until chicken is done, turning occasionally.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
