Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. oil
4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb.)

Mix first 5 ingredients until blended. Reserve 1/4 cup dressing mixture for later use. Pour remaining dressing mixture over fish in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of fish. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.

Heat broiler. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Place fish on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Combine reserved dressing mixture and cheese.

Broil, 4 inches from heat, 6 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing occasionally with the reserved dressing mixture.
