Prepare Italian dressing as directed on packaging.
In a large plastic bag, mix Italian dressing with raw chicken, seal and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Remove chicken from dressing. Discard plastic bag and dressing.
Grill chicken for 4-6 minutes on each side, until chicken is cooked through.
Slice chicken into 1/2 inch slices.
Grill tortillas for a minute until each side until warm and golden brown.
Serve warm tortillas with sliced chicken, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
