Original recipe yields 6 servings
4 cups torn romaine lettuce
2 plum tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/4 cucumber, peeled, cut into wedges
1/4 cup small thin red onion slices, separated into rings
1/2 cup pitted black olives
1/2 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix (prepared using Less Oil Directions on envelope)
1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
