What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
10 slices white bread, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 cup milk
1 env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
1 pkg. (8 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Feta Cheese
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup chopped red peppers

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Spread bread cubes onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Whisk eggs, milk and dressing mix in medium bowl until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients; pour over bread.
Bake 30 min. or until center is set.
Prepare using ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Assemble frittata as directed. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake in 375ºF oven 35 min. or until center is set.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
