This easy pasta casserole gets its creamy texture from MIRACLE WHIP and sour cream combined with a flavorful Italian dressing mix.

1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shell or rotini pasta, cooked, drained
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup sliced carrots, cut in half
1/4 cup each: finely chopped green and red peppers
1 cup Hawaiian bread croutons

Mix MIRACLE WHIP, sour cream and dry dressing mix until well blended. Add pasta, vegetables and cheese; mix lightly.

Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. microwaveable casserole dish.

Microwave on HIGH 8 to 10 min. or until heated through, turning after 5 min.; stir. Sprinkle with the croutons.

How to Make Croutons
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut Hawaiian bread loaf into 1-inch-thick slices. Brush both sides of each slice lightly with olive oil; cut into 1-inch cubes. Spread into 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Cool. Store in airtight container at room temperature until ready to use.
