3 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
4 Gala apples (1-1/4 lb.), chopped
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Spray individual electric waffle iron with cooking spray. Heat iron to medium heat.

Whisk eggs in medium bowl until blended. Add cheese; mix lightly.

Add 2 heaping Tbsp. cheese mixture to center of prepared waffle grid. Close lid quickly. (Do not open until chaffle is done.) Cook 3 min. or until chaffle is crisp and lightly browned. When done, lift chaffle off grid with fork; keep warm until ready to serve. Repeat with remaining batter to make 7 more chaffles.

Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add apples; cook 2 min., stirring frequently. Add sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Stir in nuts. Cover; cook on low heat 5 min. or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally.

Serve chaffles topped with apple mixture and COOL WHIP.
