Pour vinegar over eggs in medium bowl. Let stand 5 min. Rinse eggs with cold water; pat dry.
Spread COOL WHIP onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Add several drops of each color of food coloring to COOL WHIP; swirl gently with toothpick or wooden skewer.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, to COOL WHIP; roll until eggs are evenly coated with COOL WHIP. Let eggs stand (in COOL WHIP) 20 min.
Remove eggs from COOL WHIP. Rinse with cold water; pat dry. Keep refrigerated.
