Stir green food coloring into whipped topping. Spoon into large resealable plastic bag. Cut a small zigzag hole in one bottom corner of the bag.

Squeeze long lines of whipped topping on tops of the cupcakes. Use 1-inch pieces of licorice for each antenna, and jelly beans for eyes and mouth.
