Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes; stir until melted. Add COOL WHIP and mashed strawberries; stir gently with whisk until blended. Refrigerate 10 min. or until mixture is thick enough to mound. Spoon into prepared pan.

Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Remove side of pan. Garnish dessert with reserved strawberries.
