Brown meat in large nonstick skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add all remaining ingredients except pizza dough and Singles; mix well. Remove skillet from heat.
Unroll pizza dough onto lightly floured surface; press into 18x12-inch rectangle. Cut into 12 (6x3-inch) rectangles.
Fold 1 Singles in half, place on center of 1 dough rectangle. Repeat with remaining Singles and dough rectangles. Top with meat mixture, adding about 1 Tbsp. meat mixture to each rectangle. Wrap all sides of dough around filling on each rectangle; press edges together to seal.
Place, seam sides down, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 15 to 17 min. or until golden brown.
Substitute 2 Tbsp. HEINZ Dill Relish for the chopped dill burger slices.
