Combine sauerkraut, 1/4 cup dressing and caraway seed.
Spread remaining dressing onto 4 of the toast slices; top with corned beef, sauerkraut mixture and cheese. Place on rack of broiler pan.
Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min. or until cheese begins to melt. Cover sandwiches with remaining toast slices.
Enjoy this delicious lunchtime favorite with a mixed green salad and fresh fruit.
How Do You Really Feel About Caraway Seed?
If you aren't a fan, omit it. If you love it, bring out the flavor by toasting it. Cook seed in a small skillet on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min., stirring occasionally. As soon as the skillet the seed gives off its aroma, remove from heat to prevent burning. Use as directed.
Prepare with using sliced deli pastrami.
