1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup canola oil
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried currants

Combine first 8 ingredients; spread into single layer on parchment paper- or foil-covered baking sheet.

Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 min. Spread mixture onto a clean sheet of parchment paper or foil. Cool.

Transfer to large bowl; toss with cranberries and currants.
