Let's Make It
1
Combine cream and coffee granules in large microwaveable bowl. Add caramels; stir gently to coat. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each min. Stir in pecans and cinnamon.
2
Spread caramel mixture evenly onto bottom of pie crust. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
3
Cut tart into 8 slices. Top each slice with a drizzle of melted chocolate just before serving.
Kitchen Tips
Tip 1
Substitute
To create an especially sophisticated nut tart, substitute 4 cups mixed nuts for the pecans.
Tip 2
How to Melt Chocolate
Place 1 oz semi-sweet chocolate in resealable plastic sandwich bag. Seal bag tightly. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until chocolate is melted. Fold down top of bag; snip a tiny piece (about 1/8 inch) off 1 of the bottom corners of bag. Holding top of bag tightly, drizzle chocolate over tart.
