Kitchen Tips
Tip 1
Note
This makes a great dessert to serve at your next party. For convenience the two flavored cheesecake mixtures can be prepared up to 24 hours ahead of time. Refrigerate until ready to use. At party time, cut the bananas into pieces as directed, then place in serving dishes and let your guests add the toppings to make their own banana splits.
Tip 2
Variation
If you don't have the small 2-Tbsp. scoop used to prepare this recipe, you can instead just spoon the different cheesecake fillings over the bananas.
