Stir in sugar and eggs. Add flour and half the nuts; mix well. Scrape down sides of dish; smooth top.
Microwave 4 min.; top with marshmallows. Microwave 30 sec. Meanwhile, chop remaining chocolate.
Sprinkle chopped chocolate and remaining nuts over warm brownies; cool slightly.
