Reserve 2 Tbsp. strawberries for later use. Mix remaining strawberries with cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended.
Shape into 12 (1-inch) balls.
Place on wax paper-covered baking sheet.
Freeze 15 min.
Microwave chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min., stirring every 30 sec. Continue microwaving and stirring in 10-sec. increments until chocolate is completely melted.
Use fork to dip cookie balls, one at a time, into chocolate, turning to completely coat each ball with chocolate. Let excess chocolate drip back into bowl, then return cookie ball to baking sheet.
Top with reserved strawberries.
Refrigerate 15 min. or until chocolate is firm.
