Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends extending over sides. Spray with cooking spray. Microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Blend in flour and zest. Stir in chocolate chunks and nuts. Spread into prepared pan.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely. Use foil handles to lift brownie from pan before cutting to serve.
