Whisk egg and milk in pie plate until blended. Place graham crumbs in separate pie plate. Dip sandwiches, 1 at a time, in egg mixture, then in graham crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of sandwich.
Melt 2 tsp. butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add sandwiches; cook 2 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides, adding remaining butter to skillet after turning sandwiches.
