6 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 cup sugar, divided
2 tsp. vanilla, divided
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 egg
1/3 cup canned evaporated milk

Heat oven to 350°F.

Beat cream cheese, butter, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add flour and baking soda; mix well. Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with apples; sprinkle with cinnamon.

Whisk egg, milk and remaining vanilla in medium bowl until blended. Add coconut, nuts and remaining sugar; mix well. Spread over apples.

Bake 35 min. or until golden brown. Cool completely. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
