Chop 1 tomato; place in medium bowl. Add zucchini and cilantro; mix lightly.
Combine mayo, honey, and 1 Tbsp. each A.1. and Sriracha sauce. Remove 2 Tbsp. mayo mixture; mix with vinegar until blended. Add to zucchini mixture; mix lightly. Refrigerate 15 min.
Heat grill to medium heat. Mix meat with remaining A.1. and Sriracha sauce just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), adding buns, cut sides down, to grill to toast for the last minute.
Slice remaining tomato. Cover bottom halves of buns with lettuce; top with burgers, remaining mayo mixture and sliced tomatoes. Cover with tops of buns. Serve with zucchini salad.
Top each grilled burger with 1 KRAFT Big Slice Jalapeño Cheese Slice when adding buns to the grill; cook 1 min. or until melted.
