Cooking a turkey may take a while, but it's not hard! Just put the turkey and some flavorful ingredients in the slow cooker. Wait a few hours, then dig in!

Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 lb. 93%-fat-free ground turkey
2 cups frozen peas and carrots
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce

Combine first 6 ingredients in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray.

Top with cranberry sauce, then dry stuffing mix. Cover with lid.

Cook on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.

Important Note
Cook only on the HIGH heat setting as directed in recipe. Also, if using a large capacity slow cooker (greater than 3 qt.), double the recipe for best results.

Make Ahead
Mix turkey mixture as directed in slow-cooker container the night before. Refrigerate. The next day, layer with remaining ingredients. Cook as directed.
