Method 1

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  • Cut sweet potatoes lengthwise into 3/4-inch-wide strips, then cut crosswise in half
  • Toss potatoes with 2 tbsp. of oil and seasoning
  • Bake on sheet pan lined with aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray for 20-30 until the potatoes are crisp

Method 2

Gather the following ingredients:
3 (about 1.5 lbs.) sweet potatoes
¼ cup KRAFT Italian Dressing
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Cooking spray
Chef’s knife
Sheet pan
Spatula

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Cut potatoes into 1-inch-thick wedges; place in large bowl. Toss with ¼ cup Kraft Italian Dressing and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
  • Place potatoes in single layer on large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; spray with additional cooking spray.
  • Bake 12 min. Turn potatoes over with large spatula. Bake 10 to 13 min. or until potatoes are crisp and golden brown.

How to Easily Cut Sweet Potatoes into Strips

Cut potatoes lengthwise in half. Place, cut sides down, on cutting board before cutting the potato halves into strips. This will prevent the potatoes from rolling around when slicing.
