Get a taste of how olives, nuts, and more Mediterranean flavors can be a smart part of your menus.

There’s so much that makes Mediterranean cooking sing. Of course, there are the fabulous ingredients like olives, olive oil, whole grains, fresh fruit and vegetables, seafood, and nuts. But part of the joy is having plenty of time to enjoy them—it’s not uncommon for people to linger for hours over traditional Mediterranean meals.
