Health experts recommend eating half your grain servings as whole grain foods (typically 3 or more whole grain servings per day). Examples of whole grain foods include whole wheat bread, brown rice, oatmeal, barley, crackers baked with whole grain, whole grain cereal and popcorn. Each of these recipes counts as at least one serving (1 oz equivalent) of whole grains.
